When an artist depicts a scene that they clearly intended to be emotional, evoke heavy feelings, it often falls flat or even into the cringe territory because the artist forgot/couldn't be arsed to provide the context for the scene. It's been left in the artist's head, and they were blinded by the impactful emotional awesomeness that they thought the scene had, without realising that the viewer has no context, and thus had no reason to care. Context is what gives everything meaning, by establishing history and associations with characters present.
Well, there is no context for me to give here. In fact, this event is impossible because these two are the same person , unless we make up some sort of dream scenario. So yeah, I just wanted to make a pic with both of my angels, that's all.
