I made an awesome hat for a swamp with costume for halloween last year to fit my Swamp Witch costume.I made a redorced the process of my work and you can watch in on my youtube here.
I made a constraction of the hat with fabric and hard lining the I crochet a tshirt yarn to make a texture on it.
