Randa Duane is a character that even tho she has only one episode to her credit, tatooed herself in my mind and remained in my memory till this day.
It wont take a genius to figure out who was the famous blonde used as the inspiration for the physical appereance of the character
Anyways, The episode she is in ("Heart fo steel") is quite good despite some slips within the storyline. Still wished she was used a couple more times.
I just love her design

Definitely THE episode that stood out in my mind as well. That whole HARDAK AI thing goin on and the scientist that was obviously based on the toy maker from Blade Runner. Voiced by the same actor I believe to.

I remember that episode, one of Batman's finests with a villain that although old for sci-fi standarts, it was made gorgeous by the Art Deco design and Batman's great story
