Umm, just a clear polish for strong nails. :] I was waiting for days for some nail polishes to arrive so I can do a logo for some cosmetics company, that's why my nails are without any polish. :S And I honestly couldn't wait any more, I need polish.

are the nails bumpy to the touch, or is it coated so it's smooth?

With a dotting tool, and yes I have a top coat but my nail are not so smooth.
