anyways, I guess this is her new 'ofrficial outfit' though I may make changes to it. And I just wanted a bright background, I was thinking something less.... bright, but... I'm too lazy to redo it because now I know how I can draw how I pictured it. xD I can't do straight lines so everything look a little tilted. I'm sorry. OTL
