Description After seeing nearly nothing of Kaoru in Boston, I made sure to see him in New York City. I planted myself right between where him and Toshiya stand on that rail and stayed there. He came to the edge of the stage several times and stood right in front of me, it was beyond words with him that close, even making eye contact with me at times.

Well, most of the ones on his right arm are fairly new, so maybe that's why . I think he got them done eariler this year.
