This is the cutest Austria chibi I've ever seen>/////////< 
I love his strand of hair (actually, I do so on everyone, who has that), and his expression is just damn lovely
And that flag is perfect as the bg, you can see then, that it is Austria himself
(if we're doing other hetalia chibis, the flags should be there
But...on the eyes, shouldn't it be a little white, I dunno 
But love it to death!!
