Anyone's who suffered from depression and/or anxiety has probably dealt with something like this. Things are going well. You get something you wanted for ages. Something you majorly, majorly desired. And then some random thought will hit and start to set you off. And what should be a thing of pure joy to you risks becoming something very, very dark.

While this is not exactly something I like talking or writing about, it is something (unlike the TG elements of my stories) that a lot of people have to deal with. And it isn't something that can be just 'shrugged off' or 'gotten over' when it sets in.

And to those who deal with things like this, please just remember, when you start to go off, you aren't alone. This goes for both the people who end up feeling this way, as well as those who try to help those people. You are not alone.
