a serpent who evolved to adapt to the ocean depths, continues to watching over his master's treasure. (glowy red thing). his wings grew small and eventually eroded leaving the bones and a thin film of water-proof skin between, and he hosts sea life such as moss on his body.

Basically he's my entry for 's "Unusual Dragon" contest ...well, my second entry actually. mr Omega Serpent is there too.

comment of 2015:This is still one of my favourite pieces, despite what little love it gets. I wish I used more texture in other work like this one.
