Featuring all of the Pokemon game starters. <3 Holy crap I haven't done pokemon fanart since....4th grade. Man... haha Wanted to try more of a pastel-y soft construction paper feel.

I love the pastel soft construction paper feel like you mentioned! Do you have any tips on how to create this style? I absolutely love it everytime I see it but am quite new to digital art and don't have much of a great idea on how to replicate it myself ><

I REALLY like this picture. The sleeping pokemon is one thing but then you have bulbasaur JUUUUST drifting off with that warm smile on his face, it really makes this picture.
