It's the prize for , who won the forst prize in my contest
There are her Nidra (the dark mare) and Naovaxe (brown stallion) having a walk in a warm, sunny, autumn afternoon.
All this leaves on trees and bushes was really big challenge for me, but somehow I fugured out how to do them. This what you see is modified version of the original picture (this sepia tones looks better for me)

Hm, I found this picture edited on a forum... There are some artists there so I assumed it was a design they had created... but now something tells me that the picture wouldn't be available for editing since it's a prize :S This is the link, did you authorize it?

Um, right, this art really shouldn't be touched, because I'm not sure what Jullelin think about her OC's on forums, but I'm not sure how to deal with people on this site, because I don't know this language...

I can help in terms of language since it's Spanish. I've been on the forum for quite a while, but since the creator was an artist herself I never really thought it would have "stolen" art! She made so many coats for horses that I assumed she had done it herself too... that was until I saw your art and found it... I wasn't a watcher back when you uploaded it...
Now what do you think should be done? I can easily reach a moderator, but I don't know who's the administrator.
Another option is try to reach the girl who created the forum (or so I believe) via DA, since she has an account.

The best way should be just politely ask the moderator to remove this art from forum... I wouldn't like to concern moderators about it. And if you only could be so helpful and contact with her I'd be very glad

Well, new development today and I think I'll need to go for it again. I think I'd said I've reached the administrator in the end and asked her to take down the image - mostly because she had used it without permission (and especially considering it's a gift, it's really for one person only, or so I think!). She asked me which image I was talking about and how she had permission to use the photo, and with yours, she said she never mentioned it was created by her and she added the credits bellow it (she now credits you and has a link to your gallery).
So, she improved the credits but still has the image on.
What I will do is to switch my language there back to English - I know she also understands it and I can also explain it better than with Spanish and I guess I have to explain the whole thing about copyright for her to understand why it's wrong...
To set things straight, you do not give permission to the use of the image and you want it taken down, right?
And there's also no Commons License associated with your work?
(I know that when it doesn't show up there's none associated, I just need you to say it too xP)

Yup. you may tell her that I'm not givin permission to use this art anywhere (eventually she could ask Jullelin (these are her characters) andif she agrees and then she will have my permission too)

Krzaki z przodu były poprawiane pod wpływem impulsu. Pomyślałam sobie - a co będzie, jak dodam więcej widocznych liści? Efekt wyszedł całkiem całkiem
