It was supposed to be traditional sketch colored in Photoshop, but I decided to add digital lineart to it, so it looks more clean. hope you'll like it, darling

I have a question about your lineart. How do you draw it so smoothly? I have tried drawing lineart as smooth as possible (and I use a tablet, so it should be easy), but it always comes out harsh and rough looking. Do you have any techniques or suggestions?

I would love to help you but I'm afraid that the main thing in drawing good linearts is experiencre. (I started to draw semi-good linearts after a year of working with my tablet! A loads of time, don't you think?) but as I browsed through your gallerry I see that you're drawing great arts without lines ^_^
But if you ask, then let me suggest you to use pressure sensitivity while drawing linearts (I saw your arts with cow adoptable for example). I like to use 3px or 4px hard round brush to do a lineart, it depends on the size of my canvas. This one was quite small, but I usually use 3px on 3000 px wide canvas. It's also nice to made lineart a bit stronger on places where lines cross - and where eventually will be some shade.

I faved this because there was something about the curve of her neck and the shape of her face that, despite the simplicity of the painting, made her a joy to look at. You can almost imagine her bouncy trot and head toss as she comes closer for a treat. The reflections of color in her creamy mane is so typical of blonde hair, and against the dull winter blue of the background, her blue eye just takes the stage and hogs the applause.
