I'm currently practicing some buff men for now. I'm done with cute girls for a while. I'll get back to them when i'm a bit better at drawing buff men.

Since Capcom themselves stated that Evil Ryu and Kage are separate characters...

Should some people there think it's a good idea to make a spin-off game and add BOTH of them in it, well... this picture is a result.
And because they have a shit ton of things in common, well... I just had to make an appropriate art for this.

IMO, I don't think their relationship would be like this, since this is EXACTLY what Kage wanted. (If you look at a few of Evil Ryu's taunts and win quotes, he seems to be asking if being consumed by the Satsui no Hadou is what he wanted or not. Kage DOESN'T do that. He just WANTS it.) I just drew it for fun :v
