I could easily imagine something like your timeline happening. Hitler's health was on a slide towards the end of the War in actual history and probably wouldn't have lasted too long.
He wasn't exactly helped with all the dubious pills and injections given to him by his quack Doctor Theo Morell - caffeine, cocaine and methamphetamines. With a bunch of underlings that were like a pack of ambitious rabid hyenas someone somewhere would have started up a blood spattered fight for power.
