Chipmunk cyberpunk.
Where the conciousnes of chipmunks got (somehow, propably by some "I can do that" scientist) uploaded into the matrix, but nobody knew they where the better hackers.
They hacked everything, even the bodies of the humans connected.
Some humans panicked and initiated a special skynet protocol, activating machines of war to hunt for all humans exhibiting animal traits.
It was not a good day to be a furry. Or party goer. Or actor. Or child.
Yeah, there were some small hickups.
