They look nice but until now I don't know how to apply icons .ico or .png to windows... What do I do?? Please help me! No readmes with icons @ deviantart says how to apply 'em!

With .ICO you can either manually go into the properties of shortcuts and change them that way, or you can get a program called iconpackager from stardock.com and that allows you to replace just about everything, folders, drives, etc. (however it isn't free).

PNG is just a generic image format, typically when icons are made they're saved this way to preserve the transparency and then converted. Some programs let you use PNGs as icons directly such as dock emulation programs for example.
