Full-size top hat - for men OR women - size Large.Covered in black wool, with black silk accents. Trimmed with distressed black silk rosettes and antique buttons. Lined in black satin. I have treated this hat to give it a distressed, antique finish.
This is a Wellington/mad hatter style, and will be available for sale at Metro Clothing in Seattle, WA.
