Blue is shiny so they can match colors and for no other reason. Stretch would be so relieved when Blue finally evolves and is a big, beefy Bewear that can carry HIM around now. Blue loves to do so because IT SHOWS OFF HIS HUUUUGE MUSCLES and also he loves his brother and Stretch is lazy :]
