i really have no idea what that building is it is round and made of some kind of coloured pipes.. i don't know what is inside.

the sky...
i think that colour is like we see it, becouse of use of the polarizing filter and charakter of the glass - i really have no idea why the clouds looks so purple - in Lightroom i just added some saturation and contrast - no other modifications or colorizing.

I wasn't talking about the colour, it wouldn't surprise me, but it's mostly the shape, on the real sky they look like what we call "god's sheeps" tiny and crouded, and on the building, they look rather large. Guess it's mainly a perspective thing
