Did this in my assigned sketchbook for art essentials. My goal is to either either make the instructors as amused or disturbed as I possibly can, but without failing the course.
That and trying to emulate the style of a friend, since I'm required to do a style shift for my Art Fundamentals class.

There's one major problem - it's not design based. Most of what gives Fluttershy her specific charms is the writing done for her. Her personality and quirks are played out in animation and sound to give you a strong feel for her.
