Dream of Fairy Tales

Our Story

Children dream, and they dream of many things: from playing in an unknown land to being protagonists of fair tales. The mind of a child is beautiful; they have their endless imagination:maybe there was a princess in the castle up the beanstalk instead of a giant; maybe the candy house was not a trap of the witch, but a treat for the children; the world of fairy tales can be altered into dream's own imagination, and that's my inspiration for this piece: to alter fairy tales with imaginative dreams

Process: I spent over two weeks deciding the theme and how I was going to present it. Then decided to do fairy tales. The girl reading the book represents fairy tales themselves, and above her are the altered scenes I drew inspired by these beautiful fairy tales: Jack and the Beanstalk, Hansel and Gretel, and Pinocchio (for the whale )
