well the character is raichurules , so she designed the character.. n v n aagees ago I made a group called the 7 embers, and we all had our Pokemon characters, Rai's design was the same there as well, but I guess she really likes cookies? eve

I was the "hyper ember". The keychain's just become an iconic part of his character at this point.
