Alright!! We have a new manga to discuss!! And it is called Hirunaka no Ryūsei!! It was a really good manga, and I'm really happy with the way it turned out!!! And these two are so damn cute omg omg I love them!! I really love Suzume's blue eyes, I think they are one of my favorite parts of the whole picture. Diaki was hard to do mostly because I had no idea what color to do his eyes, there are a lot of works that have him with violet eyes, which was what I really wanted to do, but it seemed that most pictures portrayed him with reddish-brown eyes, and I wanted to be accurate so I went with the latter. I think they came out pretty good considering, I find that blue eyes are the easiest to do for me and red is usually a harder color for me to work with so I'm really happy with how it came out!! It was also good practice for when I finally color Yukine's (from Noragami) eyes, since they are red, orange, and yellow. Ugh that is going to challenge me a lot. Anyways! Not relevant to this picture! Suzume's hair was also a pain, but I think it came out alright....I'm not gonna fight it hahaAs usual I did not draw this, I only colored it.

I LOVED MAMURA AND SUZUME. I almost dropped the manga when i thought she was going to go with sensei (I basically moped around for days after that). in fact, my brother started to tell me to quit it because I kept going on and on about how mamura should've ended up with suzume. SO HAPPY WHEN THEY DID GET TOGETHER. I LOVED THE ENDING, THOUGH IT COULD'VE GONE ON LONGER. Plus, i really liked how you colored this in! and i liked the effort in mamuras eyes!

I know!! Usually the girl ends up with the first guy she is with in the story, and I really dislike teacherXstudent pairings and I really loved Mamura and I was like 'oh no, he's so cute and they're so cute together and they aren't going to be together' but then it all worked out!! I know, I wish they would have given us more of them as a couple without the drama!! Aww thank you!! I really like how they came out too, I actually had to save the photo differently because for some reason saving it as a jpg. made his eyes go dull and they looked horrible! It was really weird, but I figured it out haha

I was glad that she ended up with someone that wasn't the first dude. made it a ton better! plus yeah, the teacher student relationship kind of irked me a bit. but really, i just didn't like the pairing much. or sensei's character (sorry). also, i wish i could figure out the whole computer art thing. i got a tablet a few months ago and i still don't get anything about the doc or the program. i was able to convert my drawing skills on the tablet fine, but the whole computer thing hurts my head...

I know, it just never works when its a teacher and student thing. It's not as bad if it were a college student, but the age difference is too big if they are still in high school. Haha I wish I could help! I don't have a tablet I honestly wouldn't know how to use it if I had one though haha they look confusing!

... that makes so sad... you can do this with a mouse... while it takes me months to figure out how to use pen tools... (huddles in a corner and whimpers)

Omg no I'm really not that good! I didn't draw this, there is no way I could draw with a mouse!!Coloring is different though, I mean for me anyways! You just need more practice! I can assure you if you gave me a tablet and told me to color something I would have no idea how to do it! I use the same brush 80% of the time, it's not very complicated!

Yesss!! That was exactly what I thought tooo! At first I wasn't going to continue to read the manga because I speculated that Suzume would end up with Shishio and I loved Daiki so much T^T I was really surprised when it turned out like I wished >3< I'm happy to see someone who shares the same opinion as I do as most people wanted Suzume and Shishio to end up together

I know, I was thinking of dropping it as well. I did that with another manga that had the same story line because it made me so mad! Diaki is just too cute! I'm so happy they ended up together! I was shocked too, but very happy hahaha I know, I don't know how they could ship them!! I mean he was cute and sweet to her, but it just wouldn't have worked out at all. There was too much drama with him!
