Description
MAD (short for Mock Avatar Day) is an event that takes place every so often at the T17 forums. This time I chose to mock Plasma's avatar. The original is drawn by hand on paper, in black/white. I mocked it because, to me, he looked way to cute.
I took the original picture, cut out the face and outlined the major lines. Then I added color and set the drawing's blending mode to "Overlay" creating an authentic layer of the original picture, thus removeing the "boring" colors into different brightnesses.
To further the picture, I animated it, giving him red horns and sticking his tongue out, making him look fiendishly evil.

I like the result and so does he.
