I have been looking at this for a while, just thinking. I think she is hitchhiking. A few nit picking things, since you do have Advanced Critique Encouraged, and I would expect the same from you. Starting with Catgirl...
I think we need to see more highlights of water running through her hair. Making her look more like a drenched cat.
Perhaps for the background, a little more color contrast to make cat girl stand apart. The sky is kind of blending into her outfit. Maybe try like a charcoal gray with a dull orange at the top and mixed in through out. I know around here, when it rains the orange colored street lamps, tend to reflect in the sky making it look like the sky is on fire.
Then again, I am just being really nit picky!

honestly, i just kinda got sick of adding all the things that make people look wet, lol. Turned out pretty good for not having references I think XD. I just made it all up. Oh, and she's not hitchhicking, lol - she's got a device in her hand, and I think she's some sort of bounty hunter or something.

I totally understand! It get's tedious after a while doing the same thing repeatedly, especially for us folks whom have problem with certain deficits. The brain has a tendancey to hop, skip, jump, then take a flying leap to tangents unknown. Can't wait to see what you and teh Rev have cooked up. I've seen the previews.
