the 99 red balloons theme! done for cypherx's contest cypherx.deviantart.com/ the idea behind this is - one red balloon left to snatch... but the irony is that the cat can't never really grab or have it as he blows it to pieces no matter what; blame it on nature~ used sai paint tool and photoshop.MUGS - CLICK ME!
