It's the cat the evil guy is always stoking when hes in a swivelly chair in the movies. Just the cats out of chair and standing on two legs and sort of looking evily and maybe laughing cause he has the heart! I don't know why he is doing this.... That's what the piocture reminds me of. I love it!

most of the time I sketch and do base colours in paint tool sai and after wards add details in photoshop~

I always work in Photoshop, I guess i have to learn paint tool sai too then
can I ask you a few more questions?
do you ever use : Dodge,Burn or Smudge tool? I've heard that i should avoid them, any reasons?

dodge/burn is something to avoid indeed, at least in paintings; in a long term it's better to learn to work with colours/tones. perhaps smudge tool is a bit helpful to add more noise to a painted water yet still I don't recommend it in a long run~
