The horizon would be horizontal. This is a view as you see it when standing under the arch and looking upward. Thanks for your comment, and sorry for the delayed reply, I was away for a while.

You are welcome anytime. Sorry for my confusing question. I wanted to ask if the arch on your original photo before cropping was horizontal or vertical i.e. did you crop the left and/or right sides or the upper and/or lower.
That's what I meant when I said that I am learning.
