Description
Even though international women's day was almost a month ago (on the 8th of March), I still to show my support to women's rights. Oh and get a nifty new badge, of course ^^
In this tutorial we were taught a basic way of creating a feminine pose. While that, of course, could mean anything, this is roughly what we were taught. Since the tutorial started with dividing a drawing space into eight equal parts, I decided to make this on graph paper. On the first page you can see the basic first steps and the rough outline, on the second there's a proper outline. I did not want to try to get actual details in, as that would likely ruin the drawing.
I achieved the second page by placing a second piece of graph paper on top of the first. This is also why I traced over the initial pencil lines with black fineliner. Quite smart of me! I tried giving the final result a face, but that didn't come out right, so I left only a smile, to give it a bit of a creepy mannequin vibe ^ -^
Now that you have seen what I can do, I urge you to try it out yourself!
