Description
This is a stamp template with a stamp outline and straight inner line. You are free to use this template to create stamps.
You can create stamps by saving this image and using a photo editing program (like Photoshop) to add an image underneath the top layer.
Update: Image size is now 99 x 56 pixels.

I am not 100% sure. If Paint can open transparent files it should be fine.

Nope. I can save it in GIMP, and make the background all white, but I can't save transparent files in paint.
