I wanted to make my favorite BG pony, Twinkleshine, in rule63 formAnd here it is!
I borrowed the design from starryoak.deviantart.com/art/S… and slightly changed his mane, because Twinkleshine only has one curl on her mane, while Shoeshine has two curls on her mane
And i ALREADY asked her permission, so don't accuse me of stealing the design
The name was made by this group
