I've been looking at your gallery.. This one just a bit too devoid of expression and character, compared to your other work. Also, the the deep red & blue just a liiitle to contrasty to the white background. I like the detail on the Count's wardrobe, though..

You're right, the red and blue really don't go together with the white, trying to find a good color for Count D is tough. I could probably change the color in Corel, what colors would you suggest?
I admit, as proud as I am about the detail of this piece, the expression *is* lacking. I'll just have to try harder next time.
Thanks for the comment. ^^

Unfortunately i'm not too familiar with count D. Maroon is a great colour for a male robe, but Wonka's already maroon. And the only complement to maroon are non-colours like black, gray, white, so it's kinda hard. Maybe you can try cool green with dark brown lining?

I like how easy u make it to distinquish between the fabrics and things. Now I realize y that is, cuz u shaded it realisticly and added the lines. It makes it look so cool. I'm trying to do the same with my art work. I'm also coloring. Good for me cuz all of my pics are black and white. But now I'm even more excited to finish.

It's good to work with black and whites, I avoid it because I don't know how to shade and make patterns without color.
Hope the coloring goes well!

when was the last time u tried. I keep on telling myself that I couldn't color or paint because of past experiences, but I started making this Pokemon poster, (I always wanted one and it just dawned upon me that I'm an artist now, and I can make one (I don't still play pokemon or anything, just wanted a poster)) and it's turning out pretty good. u should try cuz u obviously have the talent and a good eye for detail.

Now there's an interesting combination! Two characters I like altogether too much X3. It's an awesome picture; I really like it! Great work! I'd love to see you do more of either of these two. I'll keep my eye out, just in case! ^_^
Count D's going to get cavities.... bad.....

I never thought I'd see these two together. In a "I never even *thought* about *thinking* about seeing those two together" sorta way. really weird and random, but gave me a chuckle. I guess they do kinda have similar personalities.

I know, it's one weird game of Degrees to picture the two, but the first time I saw Wonka's Valient bob I immediately thought of the Count. You got to admit they would get along. Wonka makes the world's best sweets and nothing makes Count D happier than sugar!
I'm glad you found the humor in it. Thank you! ^_^

Much lurv for Willy Wonka. If you take requests, I'd love to see Wonka and Charlie in their great glass elevator. Keep drawing your wonderful renditions.
