the day I saw the dog swimming, I knew it'd be a painting eventually. The water was so interesting. I'd like to paint Ash in the water, but it's still too cold right now.

Tell her she is going to need to make some sacrifices in the name of art. I would jump in a freezing river if it meant that there would be one more Van Gogh painting in this world. You know, just sayin' . . .
