Yesterday was both Sthursday and also Draw a Centaur Day , so I combined them with a bit of experimentation! Wanted to try painting with un-antialiased brushes (though I think I still drew on too big a canvas for it to really show). I think it actually came out kinda nice, so I thought why not upload o)--<Related content

Doctor Whooves: Dear Heavens, why is Twilight so angry?
Derpy Hooves: Well, next month is May...
Doctor Whooves: So? What about it?
Derpy Hooves: Well...forty years ago, back when Equestria was Ponyland, a band of roving centaurs invaded our land, drove us out of our homes, and tried to enslave us. The Founding Human, Megan Wiliams, led an army of brave Ponies to take back our land from the centaurs. The battle went on for long, the centaurs were strong and more used to war, but in the end, the Ponies won. All the centaurs were driven back to Meridian, and Ponyland regained its freedom. So, every 25 of May, here in Equestria we celebrate Candymas, a holiday when we celebrate the day we won our freedom and defeated the centaurs. It's actually a very fun celebration, with fireworks, parades, banners hanging from the buldings, and yummy things to eat! I have a special recipe for muffins that I save for each Candymas, and-
Doctor Whooves: So, what you are saying is that you consider centaurs to be your enemies? And that's why Twilight is angry at this drawing?
Derpy Hooves: Yeah, pretty much. We pretty much hate centaurs for what they did to our ancestors. That's why Tyrek took the form of a centaur, because he wanted to look like something we would hate and fear.
Doctor Whooves: So, even in this utopic dimension, there is still prejudice and racial hatred? And to think I stay here because I think it's better than Earth...
