I don't think it's that coincidental, I mean, she's meant to look more or less like a little girl version of Riley (because she admires her brother so much, lol). It's not that special of a design, my friend even says so. xD

You have tons of color variations or hair styles. Something that can looks like him but still very different from other older OCs. I'm sure it's possible.
Riley doesn't have such eyes colors either, just like Feena's ones. This hair style is a bit particular excuse me, I didn't see it on other pokΓ©mon characters before. Creativity is not so hard to find.

I beg your pardon, but I didn't design her.
She has the same hair colour as Riley, and a slightly more feminine version of his hair. That's nothing spectacular, lol. And the only reason she has pink eyes (not red, like your character) is because she's wearing contacts to match her Lickilicky, which is her favourite Pokemon.
I don't appreciate you insinuating we stole from you, we've never even seen you or your work before. :/
