Yea so I saw this hairstyle in a manga book or something and I had to put it on an OC! XD

and I wanted to make like an evil OC so I just thought "heeeeey!" lol

OC Information:
Name: Kaze (pronounced Kah-zay)
Species: Bird Creature (kind like a harpie xD)
Abilities: Can fly fast, can control wind
Personality: He's generally a loner, quiet, and a bit dark. He's not so much evil as he does have a bad temper (like if you steal something of importance from him, he'll freakin attack your village). Think of him kinda like Vincent Valentine ()

Extra:
Yes, his wind's can retract (although he doesn't like to do that)
Yes, He does wear shirts (although he doesn't like doing that)
Yes, his wings are like, attached to his arms (he flies similar to "Harpie Lady" from YuGiOh)
