Name: Raimaru
Species: Luxray

Nick's oldest pokemon, Raimaru was given to him by his dad when he was 10. Despite his grumpy, sometimes elitist attitude, Raimaru cares quite a lot for his trainer and the team. He acts as the voice of reason though is often ignored. As a result he looks much older than he actually is thanks to all the accumulated stress. The scar on his face is from a scrap with Rosemary's scyther, Gypsy. Currently he's taking a break from battling and is enjoying the show from the sidelines.

Smaller than the average jolteon, Charlie can best be described as a yappy little git. Nick tries to avoid using her since she's surprisingly vicious in battle with her fast, relentless attacks. She will continue attacking even after the opponent is KO'd sometimes going as far as burying them. Usually offerings of meat sticks and oddish shaped chewtoys placates the Charlie...until she finishes them. She likes to bite people's hands a lot and no amount of smacking with the rolled up newspaper seems to fix that. The orange choice scarf she wears makes her even faster than she already is.

Surge is the baby of the team. It's bright eyed and bushy tailed attitude makes him always eager to hang out and explore, but because it's always flying around, it tends to make its' trainer eat concrete on a regular basis. This enthusiasm makes him a very tenacious battler though. Surge gets along exceptionally well with Celery and the two of them often wander off and wreak havoc without their trainer knowing it.

Celery is Nick's secret weapon he found as a prize in a cereal box. He is 99% sure his neighbor experimented on it while they were traveling together to make a super powered oddish which explains why it leaves a trail of devastation wherever it goes. Celery is incredibly stupid and while bad things seem to happen to it all the time, somehow it just seems to kick everyone's ass. It's always wearing that happy grin which will not change, even in the face of an apocalypse of 50,000 angry flareons. It likes to pop up unexpectantly much to his trainer's chagrin.

Moves: Rock Slide, Faint Attack, Extrasensory, Energy Ball

An offensive junkie, Izzy is hotheaded, prideful jerk who is angry to da max. He hates you, AND your mom...and everything else. He stubbornly refuses to evolve even when a leaf stone was shoved in his face. More often than not he will attack his own teammates and his own trainer when he throws a hissyfit, and it is not uncommon for him to attack without commands. Izzy and Nick met when he stole a feebas off of the fishing line and Nick punched him in the face. The two of them still hold a grudge over that. He wears a quick claw around his neck.

Species: Breloom
Type: Grass/Fighting
Gender: Female
Ability: Effect Spore
Moves: Brick Break, Spore, Leech Seed, Seed Bomb

The sleep deprived breloom with self esteem issues. Nick found her stuck in a fissure (probably made by some gastrodon) while making a return trip home. Usually her fighting style consists of running around screaming in terror unless provoked or convinced otherwise. Then she pulls through and kicks serious ass. More often than not, what happens is someone attacks her and causes spores to go flying everywhere. If Julia decides that she likes a person or a thing she will attach herself to them and never let go. When standing still she tends to shiver like some sort of chihuahua.

Species: Wobbufett

Ability: Shadow Tag
Moves: Encore, Counter, Mirror Coat, Safeguard

Affectionately called "Mr. Wobbuffet", he just showed up out of the blue and decided to tag along...after eating all of Nick's food. Mr. Boba is an exceptionally fat wobbuffet who will eat anything and everything. Anything he doesn't finish is stuffed into his little saint bernard container and eaten later. He is quite jovial and insanely lazy, usually replying to most things with a salute and a "wobba wobba!"
