I'm working on this piece with the intention of submitting it to 's springtime themed contest, but I expect to tweak it and add some more elements between now and the final version.

I had originally envisioned an early spring landscape with them strolling through a garden just beginning to bud, but while I was cropping it down to make an avatar I realized how much better an image it was as an intimate portrait. I do still want to bring that floral element in to the picture, but I don't want the ITS SPRINGTIME theme to overpower the romance - maybe a single bloom held to Sarah's chest? small buds woven into her hair? both?

i have a feeling this is going to go through many alterations >.<
