Ummm, Dragon Slayer is a title given to those who were raised by dragons. It's not a title someone can just call themselves. The reason we have Dragon Slayers like Natsu, Gajeel, and Wendy are because they were raised by Igneel, Metalicana, and Grandeeny (three dragons) respectively. Considering her parents are mages, she's a mage. She's gotta be raised by a dragon to be a Dragon Slayer. Gray wasn't raised by a dragon, he and Lyon were trained by Ur, an Ice Mage. Also, Juvia is out of the question since she's a water mage who trained herself.

Um, have your herd of Cobra he's a dragon slayer and wasn't raised by a dragon he's a second gen dragon slayer as well as Lexus is as well.
