Peyton Riley, the new Ventriloquist, and Scarface. She's one of my favorite Batman villains. I like the more realistic bad guys over the supernatural characters. In my opinion, Batman is better when it stays grounded in reality somewhat.Anyway, I happened to find Detective Comics #843 at Half Price Books the other day-- awesome!!!! Peyton is super cute-- I get very attached to crazy characters. So finding that book inspired me to draw her. I wanted to draw her bad eye but, eh, maybe next time.

Just read "Batman: Private Casebook", or rather I was flipping through it and began reading a story with Peyton in it. It was awesome. Like you say, she's really cute but at the same time she's a little over the edge--like most of the ladies in Gotham, come to think of it.

Yeah, I'd like to see more of her. As far as I know, she was just in that one story arch. But yeah, she was great! Someone you feel sympathy for, even though she's a villain.

That's why Batman is the best as far as hero's go. Because he's got the more realistic city, and the most intriguing villains. Villains that you can relate to, in most cases. Villains that make you think.
Unlike Superman, who's got Lex Luthor, and he just wants the usual stuff, like money.
