No, don't delete it. My friend overblurs all of her pictures, and it looks terrible, but I really like the effect that overblurring has on your face. It makes your eyes really shine!

Not the light or the color of your eyes, but the camera position. I see that most of your shooting is same or lower than your eyes level. Maybe that's why it looks awkward.
But don't delete it.

I will add one more appeal: this is a great self portrait - and yes, you are a very beautiful young woman with very striking eyes - that shows a very intelligent and sophisticated use of the window blind shadow, carefully placed to highlight your eyes and to delineate the form of your face. Very well done indeed.
