Thank you!! It's actually pretty simple, you just need a soft brush that blends well, put it on multiply mode for shadows, low opacity and go over and over the parts you want to be darker. Then you do the same thing for the highlights, on colour dodge mode at low opacity instead. Then the background is just a bunch of random background brushes layered on top of each other
