Concept art forΒ The Astrolabe trailerThese seats are actually in the "fin" of the Astrolabe. The fin is attached to the elevator, but the bottom of the fin is just rows of seats and windows where people can go and sit and look out. It's where everyone rides on their launch into space. The fin itself can actually detach from the elevator and become it's own mini ship as well.

So far there's 1 other artist working on it besides me, he's doing all the human animations. The game will probably be between $10-15 on steam

Yeah so this particular concept art is actually going to be in the trailer. It's going to be animated with After Effects, so like, the stars will slowly move across the screen and so will the reflections on his face. And there will be voice acting which says "We didn't know what to expect." For this frame. But yes all of the art, pixels, concept art, etc. are going to be uploaded to kickstarter so people can look at them individually. We're also going to (eventually but not anytime soon) make a book with all the extra concept art in it too, it's going to be one of the kickstarter prizes.
Also some of the concept art will actually be in the game. Like at the very beginning there's a storyline on how you got onto the Astrolabe in the first place, so probably this and some other concept art just to show the story progressing is going to be in the game itself
