first decide the basic shape (and of course the place where you want the tat be) think about if you want it to be symetrical or not. then draw the main element, the thing that is supposed to catch most attantion (in my situation it was the circle with "Oum" letter). I was drawing different parts seperately and then sticked them together in corel photopaint
