I did this some time ago last year (2011) in December, a few months after they announced that Dark Void would be banned in VGC12. The ban was specifically targeted at the only Pokémon that could learn it (i.e. Smeargle) because it was broken with the new Gen V sleep mechanics (although I have to admit it was really fun to put unprepared teams to sleep ).

So in light of the announcement, I made a t-shirt design with Smeargle performing Dark Void so I could show my support for Smeargle. (Also because I was thinking of designing t-shirts for myself and needed an idea for it.) I chose Thundurus and Tornadus because their in-game ability is Prankster in Gen V, so they are getting pranked back by the Smeargles.
