not really n_n the Nordics are often considered as a family by the fans, depending on who you pair. I like to pair Denmark and Norway, so I count Iceland as their kid, and I pair Sweden and Finland with Sealand as their son and an honorary Nordic xD
aww mommy England and daddy France are awesome with Canada and America! x3 though the best parents will always be mommy Finland and daddy Sweden for me xDDD have you seen any "family themed" Nordic pics? they're awesome! I have one where they're all together and Sealand's running around from his bath all naked into Denmark's arms, Finland is trying to stop him while making some laundry with Su-san, Norway is all "meh" and Iceland is hiding his face like some typical teenager thinking "WHY is my family like this?!" xDD

xD I guess I don't like the idea of him having green eyes because I don't like it when people make him be a mini England (also xD loved his eyebrows in the anime) and I didn't like the voice they gave him in Himaruya's site preview, waaaaay before the anime was released. I like his voice now though n_n (they gave his first voice to little America)
They seem to really focus on the Axis and follow their story line, with some Chibitalia little stories. I'd love to see the side stories animated too xDD and yes! we need MOAR Su-san!

I like Latvia and Sealand more like best friends xD but they are incredibly cute. I guess it depends how you portray Latvia. He's 15 but all his teary-eyedness and shaking seems to make him a "cute" character and kind of shota. Sealand is the energetic shota and Latvia is the teary shota xD

I did like a "first kiss" fanfic with the two of them. They were watching a movie and just gave each other a small peck on the lips, smiled and kept watching TV. It was so simple and sweet I loved it. But Sealand always seems to be the dominant one in the relationship XD.
Himaruya SUCKS at getting proper heights unless he uses the country's average XD, so I tend to pick my own heights for certain characters xD according to Himaruya, Sealand is 1m30 or something like that, and Latvia is 1m40 U no 13 and 15 year old boys are that tall unless they're on the short side. But if you mean the "grown" countries, I actually don't know whether Japan would be shorter than China or not. And yes xD tallest of the asians is Korea... funny since he's the youngest as well xD he's 15 like Latvia! = w = and I would count Turkey as mediterranean.
A shota is either an underaged boy or a teen presenting childish characteristics, and you can usually put them in two categories to make it easier: energetic "genki" shota (like Sea-kun: loud, optimistic, poses often winking and making a peace sign...) and the teary submissive shota (the category some people put Latvia in. I just think he looks funny when he cries, the poor thing xD)
Shota is actually the male equivalent of the loli complex (grown men liking young girls, or relationships between two underaged girls), but now we use the word to talk about a specific kind of character -- --.

Like, compare Prussia picking on Austria to Norway picking on Denmark...totally different.
Prussia purposely picks on Austria to get his attention and to avoid being alone, not because he hates him to a certain extent. That's why when Prussia is alone and see's couples together he automatically brings up Austria.
With Norway, he just picks on poor ol Denmark cause he thinks he's annoying. But it's your opinion so yeah. Is there any other pairings for Denmark anyway? XD I can't think of anybody else other than Norway.
