Woah! You must love these blue winter shots
I wonder with the manip you do to these (i read your responce to what editing you do) whether they could go under the category of darkroom, or manipulation? Not sure myself, i havn't read about what should be under these categories much.
I don't enjoy this one quite as much as the one i previously commented on, but that is because i think it's a little too maniped-looking. This is just my personal preference of course!
I do like the left bottom corner of this where the reeds are all pointing in one direction, as if they were trying to avoid the frost, but were caught in motion, and you have framed the shot well (both where you pointed the camera, and the border you added when editing).

we do live a few miles from a park. that is where i have been taking the river pictures. the woods and swamp pictures are taken behind our house. we have a few acres of wetlands that always offer inspiration to me.

nothing to involved
then go to colorize and set it to your desired shade. i also used a smoothing filter called neat image to reduce grain from the dark exposure.
