Personality:
Arlett is an unusual legendary leader because of his silent demeanor. He won't speak up unless he has to, despite his strangely pleasant yet also quiet voice, and has a very low self-confidence. It's unclear what has made his character so docile and apparently submissive, but he dislikes conflict and more than anything would like to stay in the peace and quiet of his secret garden. With that he of course is a very passive person, patient and won't judge very quickly, rather getting to know others better before doing so.

On the other side there's a strange light inside him that might have people sympathize with him and grow fond of him easily. He's eager and determined to help others and make lives better, just as eager as he is to keep his solitude and be alone more often than not. Be careful when approaching him and he should be a very pleasant and kind person to interact with.

History:
There is no mention of a Latias or a hermit in the Buzzing Marshlands. Nothing connecting Arlett to the history of the Islands, nothing but the occasional reference to a secret garden being protected and kept deep into the dangerous place, rumoured to be the temporary restingplace of a different legendary.

This is where the Latias stepped forward from after being contacted about the disappearence of his friend and mentor, Xen. The druid now breaks his solitude to honour the last wish of one of the few that had contact with him and become the new leader to the Mew's faithful followers. He's determined to make his friend proud and do right by the people he represents.

Familiar's Name: Racae
Familiar's Personality:
All the strength, determination and stubbornness Arlett seems to lack, Racae carries with him. He's more rash and quick to judge than his gijinka, although always more fixed on defense than offense. It's unknown where all the cracks, dents and scratches on his pantser came from, but he carries them with pride. Don't ever try to touch them, though, he'll prove faster and more effective than he looks.

Notes / Extra / Etc:
Will occasionally wear bodypaint, specifically when doing public announcements.
Arlett and Racae are never seen apart. Racae seems strangely overprotective of his gijinka.
The location of the secret garden remains a mystery.
Leather and fabric for his clothes have likely been given to him by the few friends he did have in his time cut off from the world.
Extremely sensative to sudden harsh sounds or violent movements.
Very fond of bugs of any kind.
