For tournament! Second round entry >v<

This time Brenton had to go up against Hu, a character I literally knew nothing about xD Thus I had to go off her app alone, which has a gorgeous design. Plenty of challenges for me to find here!
Considering the challenges I put up for myself in the last round -mainly the background- I knew I had to do something else now. Both to be able to make the deadline (that I barely caught either way) and to try more new things. Which issss extreme perspective! Yay! I take back wanting to smack Brenton, I should smack myself for even trying this jvaksdf
I wanted to make it look like Brenton is looking up to Hu, who is coming down with a Rolling Kick, preparing a Scald. In the last entry I completely forgot Brenton's ability (Drizzle) so when I already got into the image...I noticed I'd have to draw rain with that kinda perspective. Awesome. Another challenge |D And lastly the water..Water is difficult. I'll get the hang of it SOMEDAY.

Although I didn't get the chance to talk to ~Obnoxious-Caterer and simulate a battle, I simulated one for myself. I really do appreciate the options that gives so..Yes. Brenton lost again. Hope he's putting up enough of a show xD
Even if my opponent left the group, giving me automatic victory, I wanted to finish my entry because I feel it'd be unfair to the other entrants otherwise. I'm very unhappy about Brenton's arm and hand but I am actually...Very pleased about the thing in general and Hu in the big picture ;v; She was interesting to colour, especially because of the pose. And gosh. Hands. Right. That was nice forced practice that I am actually pretty happy about...for once uvu

So here it is! I hope you guys like it, hope Hu isn't OOC or something and well..Can't wait to see who I'm up against for the next round!
