#Equinemarch day 14: Esperanza (Spirit's mom)One of the most heartbreaking scenes in Spirit for me is the one where he gets captured and his mom tries to come to his aid until he tells her not to.
I just couldn't help imagining her coming back to the same cliff face where she had to watch her son get dragged away- remembering him and hoping maybe one day he'd come back.
Tried to keep the composition very simple and open to emphasize her solitude and the sadness of it. Hope I succeeded!
During march I used Equinemarch on instagram to keep sketching out prompts. Keep up the creative muscle in a less stressful way. Asked for people's thoughts on sharing those prompts on here in a poll and figured I'd go for it!
